I wish I could say that I'm completely pumped to return to America, but that isn't the case. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud to be an American. After living in Vietnam for a year, I realize that there are a lot of things that we have managed to get all wrong.
I live in a Communist country right now and that part does quite literally suck.
But I have learned a lot.
For one people don't take things for granted like we do. They live much simpler and happier lives.
Value is held more on time and people than on things.
Because time is short and people matter.
Things can be replaced.
